At Certa we recognise the importance of effective planning and project definition. We work closely with our clients to fully understand their vision and define the roadmap ahead. It is at this preliminary stage where we carry out research and outline the design specification, parameters and relevant standards used to successfully drive the development of the project.

The application of design tools and expert software packages allows us to conceptualise ideas and bring the designs to life through detailed and exciting visuals.

Continuous development and iterative analysis of the design allows us to create the optimum solution. We apply engineering principles and simulation tools to fully understand complex designs and make calculated decisions. This allows many aspects of the design to be proven and optimised prior to prototype manufacture, eliminating the requirement for costly redesigns at a later stage within the process.

Engineered for excellence and integrity, we develop ideas into fully functioning products ready for manufacture. Using advanced computer aided design (CAD) software and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing, we ensure that products fulfill their functions with precision and quality. Fully detailed 3D models and engineering drawings to international standards allow our designs to be communicated effectively with any ISO accredited manufacturing company in the world.

We have extensive experience within the manufacturing industry and a vast understanding of the processes and technologies for efficient production. Working closely with our trusted manufacturing partners, we are able to offer prototype manufacture through to the facilitation of full production. Our hands on approach means that we are involved with every stage of the manufacturing process, ensuring that components and assemblies meet the required quality standards and function as the design intended.

We also test what we design at Certa and provide structural and real world testing to validate the design and prototypes. We then use the data gathered from lab and field tests to drive further optimisations of the design within our development process. Our state of the art testing equipment allows products to be proven to international (ISO) safety standards and can also be programmed to client specific load cases.
